Pending Projects:

Sound Wall on Castro Ranch Road:

Our 30 year wall is in fair shape but there is one marked corner separation on the hill across from Deer Run which will need immediate attention. We have one comprehensive bid for the total wall including this project and are soliciting one or two others for consideration at the October meeting. We discussed at the September meeting the need to have an active plan to do continual maintenance and repair of this wall so we are not faced with future failure which could be very expensive. Also included in this bid is the painting of the wrought iron fence and replacement of wood frames at the Carriage Drive entrance.



Lower Mailbox fence replacement:

We have three bids for fence replacement and staining for consideration at the October meeting: Approximate cost, less than $4,000.

New Bark at the Conestoga Entrance:

This project was approved at a cost of $350. This summer D&H landscaping has done a lot of work to get our landscaping and irrigation in shape. They will be pruning the big trees and bushes this fall.
